1030 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1030 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1030 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 1030's services.
The 1030 platform is an online entertainment service available to users aged 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms under the laws applicable to you.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 1030 as the platform provider. You are responsible for reading and understanding this document in full before using any features or services offered.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 1030 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1030 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately. 1030 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
1030 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer procedures. This includes copies of your ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.
The 1030 platform is offered exclusively to users in Malaysia. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with applicable local laws. 1030 reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions without prior notice if required.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 1030 platform are required to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination without compensation:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical bugs for unfair advantage
- Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or transactions
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform
1030 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 1030 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within standard business hours, subject to the required identity verification.
1030 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third parties such as payment providers or banking institutions. All deposits made are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified by 1030's policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 1030 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Account Suspension and Closure
1030 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Failed or rejected identity verification
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Account closure requested by the user
- Upon instruction from relevant legal authorities
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach. Users have the right to submit an appeal through 1030 customer support channels within 14 days from the date of the closure notice.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1030 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1030 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
The 1030 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. 1030 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law.
The 1030 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience only. 1030 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
1030 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
Continued use of the 1030 platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through our customer support.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
